Service Description

Work with Rachel individually to develop your equity and leadership. Online coaching sessions focus on self reflection, interpersonal accountability and intersectional praxis. Clients will examine the mulidimentional layers of identity and how they interplay during personal and professional encounters. Follow up resources and practice tools will be provided to ensure ongoing practice and integration. In person coaching available upon request.
